The Thread Method is a way of reading and working with the human energy system that goes beneath any single modality or map. It draws on astrology, Human Design, palmistry, Reiki, and nervous system awareness, not as separate tools but as layers of one unified reading. The thread is what runs through all of it. The place where the body, the field, and the story of your life converge.

No two sessions follow the same path because no two women carry the same thread.

Threading is the practice of following what is true for you beneath what is habitual, conditioned, or inherited. In a session it might look like energy work, a reading, a somatic moment, a conversation that lands somewhere unexpected. It is guided by intuition and by what your system is ready to meet. You do not need to know what you are looking for. The thread knows where it is going.

Most healing modalities work within their own framework. Threading works across all of them, reading beneath every map to find what is actually present for you. It is not a technique applied to a problem. It is a cartography of your energy system as it is right now, and a gentle movement toward what wants to shift.

No. Curiosity is enough. The body responds to honest attention regardless of what the mind has decided about it. Many women arrive uncertain and leave having felt something they did not expect. You are welcome here exactly as you are.

Every session begins with you. Where you are, what you are carrying, what feels present or stuck or quietly asking for attention. From there the session finds its own shape. There may be energy work, a reading of your astrology or Human Design, a somatic moment, a conversation that goes somewhere unexpected. First sessions are ninety minutes. Returning sessions are sixty. You will always leave knowing something you did not know when you arrived.

If you are new, begin with a first session. That is where the thread is introduced and where we find out together what your system is ready to meet. If you have worked with me before, returning sessions follow naturally from where we left off. If you are unsure, the Thread quiz is a good place to start. It will show you where your thread currently is and that is always useful information before we meet.

Both. Online sessions are held via Google Meet and can be taken from anywhere in the world. In person sessions are held at the Sanctum in Coogee, Western Australia. Both are full sessions. The thread moves equally well across distance.

You will receive a preparation email before your session with everything you need. In general, hydrate well in the days before, give yourself a quiet arrival rather than rushing from something else, and come without an agenda if you can. The less you try to prepare what you will say, the more honest the session tends to be.

The Thread Circle is a membership that opens in spring and fall. It is a space for women who want to tend themselves consistently, not through crisis or occasional sessions, but through a quiet, ongoing practice of returning to themselves. Inside the Thread Circle you receive monthly Thread Drops, Thread Rituals, a Thread Letter, a Card Pull, access to the Living Field group healing sessions, and a growing library of resources inside the Virtual Sanctum. It is not a course. It is not a program. It is a place you belong to for as long as it serves you.

The Thread Circle opens twice a year, in spring and in fall. Between openings the waitlist is where you belong. When you join the waitlist you receive a small gift, a practice and a card pull pulled specifically for the women waiting, so the thread begins moving before the doors open. When an opening arrives you will hear about it there first.

The Living Field is the monthly group healing session held inside the Thread Circle. It runs for ninety minutes on Google Meet on the first of every month, the same day Threaders around the world blow cinnamon through their doors. It is based on the HeartMath research into coherent group fields, the measurable phenomenon of what happens when women gather with shared intention. You do not need to do anything except arrive and be present. The field does the rest.

A one to one session follows your individual thread with full attention. The Thread Circle is a sustained practice of tending, monthly, rhythmic, cumulative. It is taking care of what is present most prominently in the group. The two work beautifully alongside each other but they are different in nature. The circle holds you consistently over time. The session goes deep in a single moment. Many Threaders do both.

The Thread quiz is a short practice that uses spatial awareness, body sensation, and more to show you where your Thread currently is. It is not a personality test. It does not put you in a box. It reads you where you are right now, which is always the most honest place to begin. You are welcome to retake the Quiz, as there are changing seasons through life.

It takes about ten minutes and asks you to slow down enough to actually feel your answers rather than think them. That slowing down is already part of the work.

These are the three thread states the quiz reveals.

Activated means the thread between you and yourself is relatively clear. You are in reasonable contact with your own body, your own knowing, your own needs. The work from here is about deepening and sustaining that contact.

Tangled means there is something present that is asking for attention. A pattern, a relationship, a weight you have been carrying longer than you realise. The thread is there but it needs some gentle following to find its way clear.

Dormant means the thread has gone quiet. Not broken, never broken, but distant. You may feel disconnected from yourself, your body, your own instincts. The work from here is a slow and compassionate return.

For one to one sessions, cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment can be rescheduled. Cancellations within 48 hours are not refundable but may be transferred to a future session at discretion.

For Thread Circle membership, your access remains active until the end of your current billing period. Membership can be cancelled any time and you will not be billed again after that.

The Virtual Sanctum is a private membership site built into my webpage. Once you join the Thread Circle you will receive your login details and everything inside is accessible from any device. No additional apps or downloads are needed.
